NetLimiter 2 - new version release

Dear NetLimiter 2 users,
Release version 2.0.8 is mainly about major compatibility improvements and language support. New Version brings one new translation - to Spanish, and more translation will follow. There is only one installation file for all languages. If you had problems with corrupted upload streams or firewall, they should be fixed now. For complete list of bugfixes and improvements look down below at the CHANGELOG.
